If order is held at customs for tax they will contact you so provide phone number with order. Phone required for PO boxes as well
If order is held, LOST or confiscated by customs no refunds. In other words if not returned to me.
This has never happened as of yet.
You acknowledge that ordered items are legal for you to own in your country, state etc.
